Both teams played at home this week, ECSC1 had a good evening winning 3-1 against Squash 22 , with only Fred losing in a hard fought 5 setter. ECSC2 had a tough evening against a re-inforced Castle Pink and lost 0-4.
This leaves ECSC1 just outside to promotion zone in Fédérale 4, and ECSC2 drop into 4th place in Fédérale 7, also just outside the promotion zone.
We have a break next week, and restart in November:
So good wins should see us move in the promotion zone…
The 2013 LFS Championship will take place from 27 to 30 November in Mons Aramis.
More info on the LFS website.
This week both teams have had tough matches.
Without 4 of its best players ECSC1 lost all 4 matches against the current leader Castle Gocan, only getting 2 games.
A slightly de-forced ECSC2 only managed a draw, 8 games to 8, against bottom of the league Symbio 4.
This takes ECSC2 into 2nd place equality in points with Symbio 3 in Fédérale 7, and leaves ECSC1 just outside to promotion zone in Fédérale 4.
